21/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to a project by Mobilkom Austria AG & Co KG and ONE GmbH to acquire joint control of Paybox Austria AG, which supplies payment systems through mobile telephones. The deal which will see ONE acquire a sixth of Mobilkom's shares in Paybox, was examined under the simplified procedure.
