Advocate General Tizzano suggests tax refund mechanism for taxpayers in Germany

Luxembourg, 16/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - In the Meilicke case, Advocate General Tizzano has suggested a solution for the European Court of Justice for the German tax mechanism enabling taxpayers to deduct a percentage of the dividends paid to them by companies established in Germany from their income-tax debt to the revenue authorities, explains a Court of Justice press release.
