16/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, Benita Ferrero-Waldner welcomed the decision by the Supreme Court of Libya to defer until 31 January 2006 its verdict on the five Bulgarian healthcare workers and the Palestinian doctor condemned to death in May 2004 for having been found guilty of knowingly inoculated the AIDS virus into Libyan children at Benghazi hospital.
