16/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The 2002 Regulation establishing restrictive EU measures against certain persons and entities linked to Osama ben Laden, the Al-Qaida network and the Taliban has been amended after changes brought to the list of persons, groups and entities against whom the freeze of assets and economic resources had been decided (changes were decided on 3 November by the UN Sanctions Committee). “Pashan-e-ahle Hadis” and “Lashkar e Tayyaba” have been added to the list of natural persons, groups and entities. (Regulation 1825/2005 on combating terrorism was published in the Official Journal (OJ) L294 of 10 November 2005 and took effect the following day).
