EP urges European Commission to take Marchiani case to European Court of Justice

Strasbourg, 16/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - Adopting the report by Giuseppe Gargani (Forza Italia, Italy) on Tuesday, the European Parliament called for the European Commission to take France to the European Court of Justice under Article 226 of the EC Treaty for infringing the agreement on privilege and immunity for the European Communities.
