Olli Rehn recommends opening of SAA negotiations this year, now police reform has been passed

Brussels, 20/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, European Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn said he would be recommending to the European Commission and Council of Ministers to open negotiations with Bosnia Herzegovina before the end of the year on a Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA).
