20/10/2005 (Agence Europe) -Taking position before the Belgian parliament on Wednesday in favour of a "vanguard" in the EU (see EUROPE 9052), Guy Verhofstadt, the Belgian Prime Minister said that this vanguard should include the countries of the euro zone and all of the new Member States which are interested, and suggested that "a Summit of the euro zone countries be held in 2006 to think about our future cooperation".
