04/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Minit Group (Rydon SA of Switzerland, Minit France SAS and Montre Services SAS of France) by CVC Capital Partners Group Sàrl (CVC) of Luxembourg. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
