Possibility of Olympic Airlines taking matter before Court of Justice has not yet been confirmed by Commission

Brussels, 20/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Greek Minister of Transport, Michael Liapis, announced to the press on 19 September that Olympic Airlines intended to appeal to the Court of Justice to challenge the Commission's decision concerning illegal State aid paid out to Olympic Airlines and to Olympic Airways since 2002.
