06/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - Czech President Vaclav Klaus said in Zagreb on Tuesday that the controversy surrounding fugitive Croat General Ante Gotovina should not prevent the opening of accession negotiations between the EU and Croatia. Klaus is quoted by AFP as saying that accession is a complex process and no country ever met absolutely all the requirements before they actually joined.
