Brussels, 26/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - After a meeting on Friday in Vienna with the Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Mohamed El Baradei, the new chief Iranian negotiator on nuclear affairs, Ali Larijani, told reporters that Teheran would unveil new negotiating proposals to Europeans in one month's time.
