Brussels, 23/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - Former European Commissioner Mario Monti, the President of the European Citizen Action Service, will participate in the conference which is to be held by ECAS on the 21 and 22 October in Turin on the theme Making Europe Local- Building Networks of Cooperation Between Civil Society and Public Administration in the Enlarged Europe.
