23/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 19 August, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted a regulation imposing definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of flat laminated products in so-called "magnetic" silicon steel of grain-orientated material originating from the United States and Russia. Italy and Portugal voted against this regulation and five other delegations abstained.
