15/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Slovakian constitutional court called on President Ivan Gasparovic, on 14 July, not to sign the instrument of ratification for the European constitutional treaty, pending examination of the action initiated by thirteen citizens in support of holding a referendum. The ratification had been authorised on 11 May by the Slovakian parliament.
