Packed agenda for British Presidency's first General Affairs Council

Brussels, 15/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The first General Affairs/External Relations Council under the British Presidency, which will take place in Brussels on Monday 18 July, chaired by British foreign secretary Jack Straw, will have a packed agenda.
