Rejection of law authorising US sanctions against EU if arms embargo against China is lifted

Brussels, 15/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The US House of Representatives rejected on Thursday the East Asia Security Act that would have authorised the US president to take sanctions against European companies involved in arms sales to China once the European embargo on arms sales to that country is lifted.
