Confirmation of European Court of First Instance ruling on stainless steel manufacturers' involvement in a cartel

Luxembourg, 15/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has essentially confirmed the judgment of the Court of First Instance concerning the involvement of stainless steel flat products manufacturers, Acerinox, ThyssenKrupp Stainless GmbH, ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni SpA and others in a cartel in 1993.
