Court reminds German jurist complaining of tough law studies of limits of its powers

Luxembourg, 12/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - In a recent order, the European Court of Justice states it is not competent to rule on the appeal made by a German jurist, Magnus Killinger, who complained of the high level of law studies in Germany and the high demands made of German lawyers.
