Council programme for last six months of year - sugar reform, WTO and veterinary policy

Brussels, 12/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The United Kingdom, which is acting presidency of the Council of the European Union from July to the end of December made assurances that it would “continue with the launch of previous reforms of Common Agricultural Policy, with the particular objective of obtaining an agreement on reform of the sugar sector” (EUROPE 8975).
