22/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Commission director general for “justice and home affairs went to Libya on Wednesday as the special envoy of Commissioner Frattini, for the first discussions on starting up cooperation on illegal immigration, which was decided on at the 3 June Council. Frattini met the Libyan Ambassador on Monday, El Houderi, to prepare for the visit.
