Juncker predicts debates on constitution ratification processes on Thursday “in view of adopting a common declaration” and on Friday for financial perspectives “for reaching a political agreement”

Brussels, 14/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Council on 16-17 June will be a very intense summit, following the uncertainties provoked by the no-vote in France and the Netherlands on the European Constitution.
