Brussels, 14/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Council on 16-17 June will be a very intense summit, following the uncertainties provoked by the no-vote in France and the Netherlands on the European Constitution. In the usual letter of invitation to participants at the summit, Jean-Claude Juncker explained that, “in the presence of foreign affairs ministers, we will begin work for the traditional exchange of views with the president of the European Parliament on Thursday afternoon....
