13/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Competitiveness Council on 10 May adopted a decision (under the A list of points on the agenda) approving the Cooperation Agreement between the European Community and Andorra. The agreement aims to strengthen relations between the EU and Andorra, and extend cooperation on the environment, communication, education, training, culture, social issues, health, trans-European networks, transport and regional policy.
