13/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Luxembourg Presidency has announced that the EU-India ministerial troika scheduled to take place in Luxembourg on 19 May has been postponed for undisclosed reasons by India, The initial date for the meeting was changed for the first time because of the re-opening of a bus route in Kashmir between Srinagar and Musharrafabad on 7 April 2005. No new date has yet been put forward.
