03/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission's communication on titles and references for harmonised standards was published in Official Journal C 102 on 27 April 2005. This publication comes out at the time of Directive 73/23/EEC on bringing the legislation of Member States closer together when using electrical materials in certain frequency ranges.
