21/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of Nycomed A/S (Nycomed) of Denmark by Nordic Capital V L.P. (Nordic Capital) of Jersey, and the Credit Suisse Group (CSG). Nycomed is currently jointly controlled by CSG and the Blackstone Group (Blackstone). The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
