Reasoned opinions to ten Member States for breaching Community rules on electronic communications

Brussels, 15/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - As we announced, the European Commission has decided to start infringement proceedings against ten Member States (Germany, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Finland) for shortcomings in their transposition of Community rules on electronic communication.
