07/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has adopted two decisions on Italian State aid which has been ruled illegal. It went before the Court over the country's failure in its obligation to recover State aid paid under a support regime for the acquisition of companies in liquidation (EUROPE 8678) and banned a regime of guarantees for ship builders (EUROPE 8453). We will come back to this.
