ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) advertising

French company JC DECAUX PEARL AND DEAN has signed a purchase contract for 79.67% of the Chinese advertising company MEDIANATION (turnover 43.1 million euros in 2004) for 39.7 million euros. If the offer is confirmed, JC DECAUX will be obliged to launch a public exchange offer for the remaining shares.
