Brussels, 31/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission on Thursday authorised the purchase of the international group Novar, whose activities are focussed on Intelligent Building Systems (IBS), Indalex Aluminium Solutions (IAS), and Security Printing Services (SPS), by Honeywell.
