31/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Friday (1 April) a further meeting of the EU-Russia Permanent Partnership Council will be held in Luxembourg, during which the president-in-office of the Council, Jean Asselborn, as well as External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner, will have talks with the Russian foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov.
