31/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has opened an enquiry to determine whether imports of certain unsoldered iron or steel tubing and piping from Croatia, Romania, Russia and Ukraine are damaging the EU's industry through so-called “dumping” practices. The notice of opening of this procedure is published in Official Journal C77 of 31 March 2005.
