Continuation of negotiations on export certificates for vegetable products from EU to Russia

Brussels, 15/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - As EUROPE went to press on Tuesday evening; the EU and Russia were locked in negotiations on export certificates for European vegetable products to Russia. This agreement on “phytosanitary certification” for vegetable products is expected in the evening between Markos Kyprianou, European Commissioner for Health and Consumer Protection and the Director of the Russian Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service, Sergey Danvert.
