Brussels, 09/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday the EU Security Policy Committee (Cops) approved the appointment of Stephen White from Britain to the Head of the EU Rule of Law mission in Iraq. White was born in Northern Ireland and in December 2004-January 2005 became senior police expert for the EU team in Iraq to assess the country's post-war needs.
