Brussels, 09/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - European Commission sources voiced hope on Wednesday that the WTO's multilateral negotiations on the Doha Round, the “Doha Development Agenda”, can be finalised “around the end of 2006”, as long as the ministerial meeting of Hong Kong in December 2005 gives negotiators “sufficiently clear instructions” to resolve the last technical details over the next year.
