09/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the BE II participation fund project belonging to the British firm, Bridgepoint, to acquire sole control of the Swedish firm, Attendo. The latter is an operator of homes and services for the elderly and aged, in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, areas in which Bridgepoint is also partially active. The operation, evaluated at EUR 245 million, was examined according to simplified procedure.
