Editions Odile Jacob challenges Wendel Investissement's buy-back of Editis shares from Lagardère

Luxembourg, 01/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The publisher Editions Odile Jacob (Paris) has brought the European Commission's decision of 30 July 2004, in which it authorises French investment fund Wendel Investissement to buy shares in Editis (ex-Vivendi Universal Publishing), which Lagardère sold in line with the Commission's decision of January 2004, before the Court of First Instance of the EU (see EUROPE of 8 January 2004 and of 4 August 2004).
