Brussels, 01/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - Discussions in Luxembourg on Monday between the ministerial troika of the EU and the Russian foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.5) also focused on bilateral negotiations underway between the EU and Moscow on the facilitation of visa-issuing procedures and the readmission of illegal immigrants.
