Commission hopes to develop relations with national parliaments

Brussels, 18/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission hopes to develop its relations with national parliaments and make them more familiar with its policies in the Member States. This was stated in a press release in which it announces several short term actions. Thus, Commission Vice-President Margot Wallström will visit all national parliaments and will attend the meetings of Chairpersons of European Committees in National Parliaments (COSAC).
