Brussels, 14/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - Bulgaria and Romania formally closed their accession negotiations on Tuesday, at a ministerial meeting chaired by Bernard Bot and attended by the Foreign Ministers of Bulgaria, Solomon Passy, and Romania, Mircea Geoana, and the Commissioner for Enlargement, Olli Rehn.
