Brussels, 10/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The results of the latest Eurobarometer survey, carried out between 2 October and 8 November 2004, show that 68% of citizens of the EU are in favour of the idea of a European Constitution, or 5 percentage points more than at the beginning of the year.
