Brussels, 30/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Arguments on opening negotiations with Turkey at the European Council on 17 December will be at the heart of the matter on Wednesday. The first discussion at Coreper will be on the presidency's conclusions, which it has just drafted. Some Member States already have a lot to say on this initial text, sent to the delegations on Monday.
