26/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - MEPs Marie Anne Isler Beguin (French Green) and Pierre Jonckheer (Belgian Green) comment in a press release that on 29 November, the European Commission will try to get EU Member States to agree to the free circulation of GMOs in the EU, and the Commission's new attempt may well not be supported by a qualified majority in the Member States (see yesterday's Europe, p.13).
