Public hearing confirms differences of opinion on "Bolkestein" directive on liberalisation of services

Brussels, 12/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - During the hearing at the European Parliament on the proposed "Bolkestein directive" on the liberalisation of services, which took place on Thursday (see the various stances adopted in EUROPE of 10 and 11 November), the exchanges of view once again confirmed the complexity of what is at stake and the frequently contradictory opinions.
