After failure of Lisbon, continuation of free-trade negotiations postponed until 2005

Brussels, 21/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU and the four Mercosur countries (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay) failed to conclude their negotiations on a free-trade agreement in their special meeting in Lisbon on Wednesday.
