21/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given France authorisation to grant regional aid of 48 million EUR to an investment by Total France in Gonfreville l'Orcher, in the administrative area of Le Havre. The investment plans will overhaul production procedures in the refinery, and create some sixty new jobs.
