14/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU has approved an EUR 17 million exchange programme for Chinese and European businessmen. The Managers Exchange and Training Programme (METP) will provide an opportunity for Chinese businessmen of the public sector, the media, NGOs and small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) to train in management methods in Europe, while Europeans will be able to take part in language courses and gain professional experience in China.
