14/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - Next week, the European Commission will be deciding on a new series of national plans for allocating greenhouse gas emission quotas. Catherine Day, Director of DG Environment, said the Commission would decide on the plans of six to eight countries, not including Greece or Italy.
