First European forum on preventing drug addiction

Brussels, 13/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 6-7 October in Ekaterinbourg (Russian Federation) the Pompidou Group from the Council of Europe organised the first European Forum on the Prevention of Drug Addiction. More than a hundred young people, experts and political decision-makers were able to debate the combined use of drugs (alcohol, tobacco, illegal and recreational drugs) and new trends in youth culture.
