ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) construction

The Spanish group SACYR VALLEHERMOSO is negotiating to buy between 4 and 5% of the Italian IMPREGILO (turnover in the region of 50 million EUR in 2003), at a new issue of capital. This operation could be worth around 20 million EUR.
