In Belgium, the glue and pointing producer SOUDAL (turnover of 175 million EUR in 2003 with 800 employees and 15 foreign subsidiaries) has bought up all the capital of its counterpart RECTAVIT (annual turnover of 9 million EUR with 80 employees) for an undisclosed sum.
